A tragic story in the news out of Memphis, Tennessee proves, once again, how a truck driver traveling too fast for conditions and failing to respect the sheer mass of the vehicle being operated can prove deadly.  News reports from the Associated Press state that traffic came to a stop due to a passing funeral procession.  The driver of the Cement truck slammed on his brakes, but was not able to slow the vehicle.  To make matters worse, the hard braking caused the cement load to shift, which then caused the truck to flip over and land on at least one vehicle.  One woman is reported dead and at least one other was injured.
