A loaded propane truck left the roadway and overturned on or about April 3, 2012 in Scott County, VA.  Fortunately, no other vehicles were involved and no significant leaks were reported to the truck’s highly flammable cargo.  Full details of the crash are not presently known, but data available points strongly to driver error as the cause of this crash.  Reports note that the accident most likely occurred when the vehicle began to leave the right side of the roadway and the driver over-corrected, causing the vehicle to flip onto its side.
